Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions for Equipment and Trailer Rentals

A security deposit is required to reserve all rentals. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance may be eligible for a refund of the security deposit at management's discretion.

⚠ CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 24 HOURS

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled rental date/time will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, regardless of reason.

Exception: In cases of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, we may allow the rental to be rescheduled with the deposit applied toward the new booking at management's discretion.
